About Judy Richardson

Hello, my name is Judy Richardson I am a qualified therapist and trainer with over fifteen years clinical experience working with a wide variety of problems, using the most up to date techniques including Hypnosis, Psychotherapy, Meridian Therapy (EFT), Focusing NLP and Body Work.

Having become fascinated with the healing power of the mind, I have spent the last fourteen years studying hypnosis, meditation, self-healing, meridian therapy, massage, reflexology and Focusing, a gentle mind/body therapy, building up a wonderful therapeutic  healing tool box......... and I'm still learning.

Since 1995 I have run a busy private practice in South Lakeland based at Abbey Park Hospital Barrow in Furness until it was recently closed. I work with a wide variety of physical and emotional problems and have also run therapy courses to diploma level at Furness College.

I have been privileged to attend training courses and workshops with world-renowned doctors and psychotherapists such as Ernest Rossi and David Grove the originator of clean language.

Members of the Professional associations in the right hand column are required to undertake regular training and supervision and to adhere to a strict ethical code of practice, ensuring the highest professional standards.
