Hello

I'm Judy Richardson a qualified therapist and trainer with over fourteen years clinical experience working with a wide variety of problems, using the most up to date techniques including Hypnosis, Psychotherapy, Meridian Therapy (EFT), Focusing NLP and Body Work.

Having become fascinated with the healing power of the mind, I have spent the last fourteen years studying hypnosis, meditation, self-healing, meridian therapy, massage, reflexology and Focusing, a gentle mind/body therapy, building up a wonderful theraputic  healing tool box......... and I'm still learning.

Since 1995 I have run a busy private practice in South Lakeland, working with a wide variety of physical and emotional problems and also running therapy courses to diploma level.

I have been privaliged to attend training courses and workshops with world-renowned doctors and psychotherapists such as Ernest Rossi and  David Grove the originator of clean language.
